A: We ship to UK & Ireland and are pleased to offer Free Shipping & Delivery on all orders placed over the specified value below.

Q:After I make payment for the goods, how long will it take for the goods to be shipped?
A:Most orders will process and ship from our UK warehouse within 3 business days of the payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details when your order ships. If the goods are not shipped following 5 days of your order, we will communicate with you.
Q:Who pays for the Goods to be delivered?
A:The Purchaser agrees to pay shipping costs. This cost is added at checkout.
Q:What do I do if I want to make a claim concerning a short delivery or damage?
A:Any claims for shortages in delivery or damage to the Goods must be made in writing within 5 business days of receiving the Goods. We will not be liable for any claim not received within 5 business days of You receiving the Goods.
Q:What special conditions exist if you If you send the goods in more than one shipment?
A:In the event that We elect to deliver the Goods by installment, each installment shall be deemed to be a separate entity.

Q:Is it possible other people could obtain my password from your Site?
A:Your User Password is only stored in an encrypted form, so that the password you enter will only be known to you. Because your password is encrypted by a one-way process, our website has no means of decrypting your password.
Q:Will other people be able to obtain my credit card number after I use it on your Site?
A:Credit card transactions with us are authorised by RBS Worldpay, who employ the highest standards of internet security. You can rest assured that your credit card details will never be exposed to any unauthorised person or entity. Returns & Refunds

Q:Can i return products after purchasing for a refund or replacement?
A:If any of the items ordered from us do not meet with your satisfaction, contact us and we will email you a Return Reference Number. Once you have received this number please return the goods unworn and undamaged within 10 working days of receipt and we will refund you the cost of the goods and postage or send you an alternative of your choice.

Please ensure that any returned goods are adequately insured as we cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers which are lost or damaged in transit.

Q:Can i cancel an order placed online?
A:Yes, our customers have the right to cancel any orders placed within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If goods have been received from us, you need to return the goods for a full refund.
